The GAP Audit examines the business in much the same manner as Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development Inspector, in an effort to identify any company vulnerabilities. 

The Fire & Life Safety Audit compares the physical state of the business against the requirements of the Ontario Fire Code.

This is a requirement for all Ontario workplaces. The findings of this audit are to inform the Workplace Violence Prevention Program. There can be no program without this key element.

This audit gauges the level of vulnerability workers may experience with COV2-SARS. It measures the current effectiveness of the controls and proposes new strategies.

This audit is used to determine if the space is formally identified as a confined space, as per the regulation. This is a requirement for every workplace in Ontario that has Confined Spaces.

Musculoskeletal injuries are not explicitly mentioned in the Act though the business can be issued orders to correct hazardous situations. Additionally, WSIB case managers may weigh in on how work is organized or insist on a PDA. This audit determines high risk situations before the matter becomes a problem. 

This audit is required in noisy environments. The regulation requires the business to know the full extent of the hazard and to develop a formal program to control it. Where the hazard is present the business is required to evaluate it.

The Act requires employers to create programs, provide specific training and ensure emergency procedures are available for all hazardous goods use. This audit determines high risk situations before the matter becomes a problem.
