Theory and Practical Evaluations available. Standalone Theory or Practical available. Once completed, the CSA standard requires a refresher every three years.

Available as a learning module or practical assessment. This is intended to provide management or safety representatives with the necessary people skills to build or re-design the workplace in an effort to avoid or reduce MSI.
De-Escalation Techniques
Available as a learning module or workshop. This is intended to provide management or safety representatives with the necessary people skills to de-escalate angry or potentially hostile persons.
Mental Health First Aid
Available as a learning module. This is intended to provide management or safety representatives with the necessary people skills to recognize and respond to emotional crisis.
Supervisor Support
Working with People courses available as a general, industry specific or customized course.
Supervisor Awareness
Theory and Practical Evaluations available. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario.
Supervisor Competency
Available as a theory course or workshop. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario.
Supervisor Soft Skills
Available as a learning module or practical assessment. This is intended to provide management persons with the necessary people skills to be successful in their role.
Hazardous Goods
Hazardous Goods/Products courses available as a general, industry specific or customized course.
WHMIS GHS
Theory and Practical Evaluations available. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may come into contact with hazardous goods. These are defined as anything with a WHMIS label. The business is required to train workers based on their own materials. This is why online training often doesn't meet legal standard.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods
Theory and Practical Evaluations available. This is designed in accordance with Canadian General Standard's Board. Once completed, a refresher is required every three years. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario who works with, transport, received or disposes hazardous goods. If your goods arrive with the labels or placards shown above, this applies to you.
Spills Response
Theory and Practical Evaluations available. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may come into contact with hazardous goods. The business is required to train workers in emergency measures specific to the workplace. This is why online training often doesn't meet legal standard.
Industrial Hygiene
Industrial Hygiene courses available as a general, industry specific or customized course.
Heat Stress
Available as a learning module or standalone course. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may be exposed to the hazard of heat stress. This is common in warehouses, factories, construction projects and in agriculture.
Noise Exposure
Available as a learning module or standalone course. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may be exposed to the hazard of noise, based on the regulation. This is common in warehouses, factories, construction projects and in agriculture.
Dust Exposure
Available as a learning module or standalone course. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may be exposed to the hazard of dust, as per the regulation. This is common in warehouses, factories, construction projects and in agriculture.
Working at Heights
Working at Heights courses available as a general, industry specific or customized course.
Orderpicker Operation
This course combines the required (1) Forklift Operation with (2) Working at Height, into a full day course. Businesses who have trained one of these only require the missing component. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker works with Order Pickers.
Industrial Working at Heights
Available as a learning module or standalone course that includes a practical component. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker works perform work at a height or 3 metres or more, or where they work next to an opening in a work surface.
Safe Ladder Use
Available as a learning module or standalone course. Also available with practical components. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker works with ladders.
Workplace Conduct
Workplace Conduct courses available as a general, industry specific or customized course.
Workplace Violence
Available as a learning module or standalone course. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario.
Cannabis in the Workplace
Available as a learning module or standalone course. This will bolster your current Fit For Duty Program. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario.

Understanding Pre-Start Health & Safety Reviews
Available as a learning module or practical assessment. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario who works with racking, equipment or machinery that utilizes guarding, or, in some circumstances, hazardous and flammable goods.
CPO Approved Courses
Chief Prevention Officer courses are available through our preferred providers and hosted by a OSN consultant.
Working at Heights Construction Standard
Available through a partner provided by OSN with OSN pricing. This is a requirement for every business in Ontario where a worker may be exposed to the hazard of working at heights on a construction project. This is not required in industrial facilities, unless construction work in occurring.

JHSC Certification level 1

Train the Trainer Courses
