We are proudly Canadian, proudly Ontarian, and deeply committed to the communities we serve. This isn't just a business — it's a responsibility we take seriously every single day.
When I founded the Ontario Safety Network, I had one goal in mind: to make world-class workplace safety accessible to every Ontario employer — not just the ones with deep pockets or in-house legal teams.
Too many workers go home injured. Too many employers face Ministry orders that could have been prevented. The OSN exists to close that gap — with practical, no-nonsense guidance from professionals who have actually worked the jobs they train.
From the beginning, our goal has been to raise the standard of occupational health and safety services across Ontario. Too many providers in this space are focused on transactions and short-term engagements — showing up once, checking a box, and moving on. We knew there was a better way. The OSN was built to deliver the depth of expertise and quality of service that larger organisations enjoy, but tailored for the small and mid-sized employers who need it most and deserve it just as much.

Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) — Canadian Society of Safety Engineering
OSN employs staff who hold the Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) designation — the premier credential offered directly by the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) for health and safety practitioners and advisors. The CHSC is tailored specifically for those who operate as consultants or advanced safety leaders, reflecting the highest standard of professional competence in the field.
Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) Designation
OSN employs staff who hold designations granted by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Ontario's regulatory body for human resources professionals. HRPA-designated professionals bring expertise in workplace legislation, employee relations, and HR compliance — complementing OSN's occupational health and safety services with a comprehensive understanding of the people side of workplace safety.
Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Accredited Courses
OSN offers CGSB-accredited courses including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Training and Spills Response. These programs meet the rigorous standards set by the Canadian General Standards Board, ensuring participants receive nationally recognised training that satisfies federal and provincial regulatory requirements for the handling, transport, and emergency response of dangerous goods.
